First of all, please read my Intentions blog to get some background information on the prints that you see being made here.
The first picture is the original computer generated landscape that I selected. This is the ORIGINAL file that I base all my artwork on.
In the second and thrid photos you see the process of preparing the paper for the printer. This paper is very delicate. I am not sure what the brand is but it feels soft to the touch. It has been difficult to work with in the past because it can't take a lot of abuse. Since this project is very mechanical and not as "hands on", it is a perfect match for this paper. I really like the mechanical techniques contrasted with the very organic paper.

In the third photo, you see the print after it has come out of the printer. Of course you will notice that only certain parts have been printed. The white areas will be fill in with airbrush and possibly water color. See other photos.
